These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of goldilocksgrvl.cc (the “Site”), which is operated by Goldilocks GRVL Cycling Club (“Goldilocks GRVL,” “GGCC,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Goldilocks GRVL is a volunteer-run cycling community based in Bend, Oregon.

2) The Site is informational
The Site is provided for general informational purposes (for example, ride information, community updates, and links). We do not guarantee that information on the Site is accurate, complete, or up to date.
3) Not medical, safety, or legal advice
Content on the Site is not medical, safety, or legal advice. Cycling and outdoor activities involve risk. You are responsible for making your own decisions about your health, safety, equipment, route choices, and whether to participate in any activity.
4) Rides, events, and waivers
Participation in any ride or event may require completing a separate waiver and/or acknowledging additional terms, rules, or safety guidance. Those documents and acknowledgements apply in addition to these Terms.
5) Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site. For example, you will not:
- attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation or security,
- attempt to access non-public areas of the Site,
- introduce malware or harmful code, or
- use forms or contact methods to send spam or abusive messages.
6) Intellectual property
We and/or our licensors own the Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, and design), except where otherwise noted. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without permission.
7) Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, RSVP platforms, route links, or social media). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
8) Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
9) Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GGCC and the Released Parties (as defined in any applicable waiver) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11) Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GGCC and its volunteers, organizers, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
12) Changes to the Site or Terms
We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows when these Terms were last revised. By continuing to use the Site after changes become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.
13) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
